Hi everyone,
This is my first post, so please excuse any mistakes.
Last year, around October, I mistakenly purchased a new license for Panda Mobile Security so I got a new license number.
I mistakenly installed this new license number on my wife's Note 8 and when I logged in to access My Devices, it didn't show up.
My OnePlus 5 is the one that showed up.
So I deducted that the Note 8 didn't show up is because my OnePlus 5 is using the previous license number AND this previous license number is attached to my email.
Afterwards, I did the following on my wife's Note 8:
1. Changed the License info in the Extend License button.
--> After changing it, the Note 8 still won't appear in My Devices.
2. Uninstalled Panda Mobile Security, cleared the cache, restarted the phone and reinstalled Panda Mobile Security.
--> When I looked at the License Info, it automatically shows the newest license number, not the previous license number that my OnePlus 5 is using.
3. Tried step 1 again
--> Still the same result.
So, my guess is my wife's Note 8 is automatically anchored to the newest license number, is this correct?
If so, can you help me to delete it so that I can use the previous license number?
Additional info:
1. My previous license number has 5 seats
2. My newest license number has only 1 seat
3. Both of them are active

It is possible that the Note 8 does not appear in Myaccount because the anti-theft protection has not been activated in Panda Mobile. Until this protection is activated, the device does not appear in Myaccount.
On the other hand, to add the correct activation code to the device you should delete the data of the Panda Mobile application from the mobile.
Normally it is done from Settings> Applications, then search and access to "Panda Mobile Security".
Press "Clear data" and "Clear cache".
Then open the application again and it must request you to enter the activation code again.
