Problemas com chave de ativação ja contactei o suporte diversas vezes sem solução.

Comprei o produto pago pelo cartao ficou disponivel por alguns dias e depois desapareceu de meu painel web e aparece como Expirado ao tentar usar a chave ,mandei comprovacao de compra ,mandei print da tela com os problemas .

Estou sendo atendedido pelo sr Yuri Pozzo e Mateus Muller que se dizem da panda tenho minhas duvidas, visto que solução que e bom nada .

Ainda enviam pesquisa de satisfação para mim se nao esta nem ressolvido meu problema.Questionário de satisfação relativa à incidência: 04676721

Ja o fiz diversas vezes e não ouve solução.primeiro contato por formulario sem respostas ,2 contato por telefone Sr yuri pedio o envios dos dados 26/03/18.
Parece que a empresa panda não trata com seriedade os problemas de seus clientes.
Mandei em anexo por email fotos do problema, da comprovação de compra e da comprovação que não esta operacional.
Me sinto tratado como um palhaço de circo.
Esperava resolução do problema.
Valor esta pago, e para amenizar comprei outra licença para tentar ressolver momentaneamente meu problema mas continua me trazendo transtornos pois aparece o problema de licenciamento daquela chave .

I've done it several times and do not hear a solution.
First contact by unanswered form, 2 contact by phone Mr yuri asked for data to be sent 3/26/18.
It seems that the panda company does not take seriously the problems of its customers.
I have attached photos of the problem, the proof of purchase and the proof that is not operational by email.
I feel treated like a circus clown.
I was hoping to solve the problem.
Value is paid, I bought another license to try to temporarily solve my problem but continues to bring me problems because the licensing problem of that key appears.

comprei o produto fiz a instalação e configuração do mesmo apareceu no site a versão ilimitada e após alguns dias o produto simplimente parou de funcionar e sumiu da minha conta

I cannot see any screenshot of the incident The email you paste in the post has the error in Portuguesse. I don't understand your question.
I know you are annoyed but I cannot help you if you don't help me to understand the issue.

Can you explain me in English the issue you have and send me those screenshots?

Good Morning
I bought unlimited antivirus pro panda on 03/09/2018 the same after a few days appeared as expired on all the machines I installed.
The payment was debited from my credit card, the same was activated in the panda's website in my account normally, after opening the claims the product is no longer in my list but if you insert the key it accepts the same appears as that you are activating more does not appear in the list.
  To resolve I bought another license of the same product on 03/27/2018 until the moment it is working.
How to attach files accepts just 1MB has another way to attach?

If the license you acquired lately is already working correctly, we can manage a refund of the previous invoice. We would need the activation code of the product that gave you the error to complete the process.
