New2PandaVPN: Noticed Anti-Theft Function Not Picking Up Laptop on Network

Greetings to Group:

I just upgraded to PandaVPN service. Have Panda MobileSecurity, Panda AdvancedProtection also enabled. The site is picking up my mobile devices just fine, map too. Noticed the connected laptop is not listed on site or being tracked, in case of theft. What about this?
