data limit

Hi, when I try to connect to VPN, it says "Connection lost" and I receive a message that my daily data limit has been reached. But that is impossible. I have unlimited datalimit; I just bought it today and my account has been activated already. What do I do?
It says I need to upgrade to Premium but as far as I know, that is exactly what I bought today.

Dear customer, in order to solve the issue you submitted, try the following:
1. Uninstall the current antivirus software installed in your computer, and reboot when needed.
2. Download and install the full panda vpn product accesing to this link:
http://acs.pandasoftware.com/Panda/PVPN/190574/PVPN.exe
3. After installing, activate the product, and after that, install the vpn module and check there is no mb limit when using the vpn.
