Lost a month of protection after renewal.

Greetings,

A client of us renewed his licence while still having a month left on his last year. Instead of having 1 year and 1 month left, the renewal wiped his last month and now he only has a year of protection left. Is this normal or should we ask the client to contact you directly.

if the product is different, there cannot be renewal.
If it has been the same product, but done a new and fres installation, there won´t be renewed but installed independently.

Best is to contact customer services for your country, so they can inform you better.
