If you are trying to install from a CD, you are using a version from old ages.. very old ages.
Access your account on Myaccount.pandasecurity.com
download the file from there, and install.
If not, tell me the Dome yo are trying to install (dome essential, advanced, complete, premium) and I can send you the link to download the installation file.

After accessing my account on Myaccount.pandasecurity.com I activate my product & download the file from there, and tried to install. But the installation process has not completed. The installation Wizard shows that window (panda.PNG). After clicking 'Download' from there, another file has downloaded and then I again run it. And it shows that message (Panda2.PNG).
Please help me to install panda on my pc.

Hi Md Golam Mohsin,

In order to continue with the study of your incident and resolve it, We need to gather the following data from the computer:

Panda Support Information tool

From a computer with Internet connection, download and save the Panda Support Information tool in your computer.
http://enterprise.updates.pandasoftware ... PSInfo.exe
Double click the file and accept the license agreement so that the information about hardware and software from your computer is gathered.
Select your product and click the option Collect Support Information. Follow the wizard through and fill in all the requested fields.
When the data collection finishes, select option Do not send, save local and send an email with the .7z file generated as soon as possible.

Note: The format of the file is:
COMPUTERNAME_[DATE-TIME]_PSInfo.7z
Send us a private message with the files to complete the study of the incident and solve it.

Tjhe certificates from your computer are out of date. Your Operating System root certificates are not valid or are out of date:

Error 24/05/19 15:58:09 Microsoft-Windows-CAPI2 4107 Failed extract of third-party root list from auto update cab at: <http://www.download.windowsupdate.com/m ... ootstl.cab> with error: A required certificate is not within its validity period when verifying against the current system clock or the timestamp in the signed file.
. MOHSIN-PC 1

YOu are to update those certificates.
Try the microsoft advices to update or solve this error:
