Hi cstil124,

Please follow the instructions below:

Download and save the PandaCloudCleaner.exe file to your hard disk.
http://acs.pandasoftware.com/pandacloud ... leaner.exe

Double-click the PandaCloudCleaner.exe file and follow the wizard through.

Click Next on the welcome screen.

Wait for the files to be copied.

Once the installation finishes, tick the Launch Panda Cloud Cleaner verification box and click the Finish button.

Select the Accept and Scan from the Panda Cloud Cleaner window.

When the scan finishes, Panda Cloud Cleaner will display a summary of the malware found.

Panda Cloud Cleaner detections
Review the detection list carefully in order to avoid accidental removal of legitimate applications and click the Clean button.

Regards,

Hi cstil124:

Try to reinstall the antivirus:

Download and run the Panda Generic Uninstaller file to the Windows Desktop, for example.
Link: http://www.pandasecurity.com/resources/ ... taller.exe

Click Yes when a window showing the following message is displayed:
Do you want to run this uninstaller?
WARNING: It will reboot at the end to ensure a clean uninstall.

Generic Uninstaller

The message Hit OK to reboot will be displayed, but even if the window is not displayed, reboot your computer once the uninstallation process is completed.

To install again, download the file from: https://myaccount.pandasecurity.com/

Regards,

Hello,

I kind of having the 'probably' same problem.
But instead of turning off, it is auto restarting.
At times, panda dome turns itself off with me only browsing the internet.
During that process, my PC will freeze and the CPU and RAM usage will suddenly spike for a while until the dome restarted again.

It became quite frequent recently after I have done the steps mentioned from the start of this thread.
Nothing threatening found from Panda Cloud Cleaner.

I am using Panda Dome Advance.
Helps?
