Hello Y'all,
It's days and days since I try to get my account deleted. Wrote to pandasupport@pandasecurity.com and got back meaningful messages like:
In order to continue studying incident we need you to send us the requested information.
Which seems clearly automated to delay their response. At the end of the day, I have two accounts and I want them both gone for good. What can I do? Any recommendation would be greatly appreciated.

Meanwhile it is clear. Panada does not react to me wanting my account deleted. Not preofessional!
