[CLOSED] Can't download Panda Internet Security

Hello, I just renewed my protection but I upgraded it from Panda security pro 2015 to the Panda Internet Security. However I am not able to download it. At first it said I had to uninstall the other version (which I did) but now it keep saying that an error occurred and it wasn't possible to complete the installation:

An error has occurredduring the process and it was not possible to complete the installation of Panda Internet Security.

The error details have been saved to the following files:
(attach this file to your queries to the tech support forum)

C:\Users\Lulu\AppData\Local\Temp\PsNanoLog_D4FB.zip

That's the message I keep getting.
