Hi,

latest Version(s) of your programs seem to have some issues (with windows/MS files)?

Doing a full scan gets it stopped, sometimes after 86 percent, sometimes now after 4 percent.

Switching/changing the program, cycle between suite or av pro or free makes no difference, problem stays.

To that thing after 86 or 4 percent, seems to be something with windows (10) apps/games files:

When i had them on second drive (at the end) it ran up to 86 percent, meanwhile a game from windows store is on first drive so it appears earlier in scan at 4 percent, scan progress always is in windows..apps...

What could cause that issue?

Windows 10 had a clean install inbetween meanwhile, no change, so panda must be the problem, not windows, sorry.

What panda product version are you using? You can check it in the version.ini file located in the antivirus installation folder
