[CLOSED] unable to use online installer

When I try to install panda by the online installer which I have downloaded from https://myaccount.pandasecurity.com I get "cannot connect to the internet error".

as you can see in the attached screenshot the internet is available, I was browsing online with chrome while taking this screenshot.
is there any way to fix this issue?
because of this, there is soo many "Panda Free antiviruses" in "https://myaccount.pandasecurity.com".
is there any way to remove them?

Does the installation continue if you click Try again?
Are you using a proxy to connect to the Internet? Check the proxy settings in the Internet browser

I'm afraid that there is no way to remove them right now

No, When I click Try again, it flashes and shows the same window again.

As you can see in the screenshot there is no Proxy Configured.
Are you able to replicate it in your Computer?

What is the value of the follwing registry key? 0 or 1?
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Globaluseroffline

If its set to 1, change it to 0, reboot the PC and try installing again

The value was 0, I changed it into 1 and changed back now the installer can connect.

the online installation file works for "panda advanced protection"
it's not working for "panda complete protection"
do all users experience this issue?

Yea, when I try to install advanced protection its works fine.
but when I try to install complete protection the way it shows the error.
that doesn't make any sense does it?

When you mean the error, do you refer to the message asking for proxy settings or any other error?
