I have a new computer and I need to install my product on it. I purchased the product a few years ago, and I need the CODE. How do I install the product on my new computer.

I did log into my account and it showed no product registered. So there is a problem somewhere. Is there no way to reach them by phone? Or deal directly when there is an issue like this?
