[SOLVED] My website is blocked?

Today I received an email of a visitor of my website telling me the website is not reachable cause it is blocked by panda Antivirus 2016.
Other checks for example at http://sitecheck.sucuri.net/ are telling me the site is clean.
How can I contact panda-support to fix this?
