[SOLVED] reinstallation of PANDAGOLD 2016 failed

hello,

I had an error with PSevents.exe file and could not repair, so i tried to reinstall panda gold security, uninstallation was completed but, after reboot, the process failed after 1st download.

see attached files
zip file is too big

Panda instalation problem

Hello, i'm having some problems installing Panda Global Protection in a windows XP machine.

Getting into detail, the panda antivirus was already instaled but was having some problems:
- double-clicking the desktop icon would not open the program
- the icon wouldn't appear in the far right corner of the windows taskbar

So I decided to reinstall the antivirus. It uninstaled fine but now it won't install again, as it says an error ocurred and tells me to download the offline installer and to try again.
I did but with no improvement, and this time it provided the log files in a .zip file as the one in the attachments.

I have already tried installing windows installer 4.5 and running rootsupd.exe (unlocked in the properties) but with no positive outcome.

I've been panda's client for several years and this is the first time happening, would be thankful for any help and support provided.

We are working on a new installer that will correct the installation issue
Keep an eye into this thread where we will publish when the installer is released
