Good morning,

We are experiencing a global issue with Consumer and Corporate products, where these are the symptoms:

Update (April 27th 11:00 UTC +2)
- PsEvents.exe errors: SOLVED Solution automatically deployed
- PSExpCampaign.exe errors: SOLVED Solution automatically deployed
- Systray bear icon not shown: SOLVED. Solution automatically deployed. You only need to reboot the machines having this issue
- Installation problems: SOLVED

To fix the installation errors, install your product by downloading and double-clicking on the installation file of your product.

We have automatically deployed a correction for the PsEvents errors

For those of you who have the icon in the systray missing we are waiting for an automatic update that will solve the issue.
As a workaround you can manually start Panda Product Service.

We are working on new installer that will solve the issue.

Hi Jorge,
Our problem is with Adaptive defense 360 and windows XP clients, nearly all disabled after this morning update. Protection disabled and a message to try to reboot to fix - which does nothing - the problem.
The rest of production machines that have no XP are working fine.

Keep sychronizing....

Have you tried manually starting Panda Product Service as indicated above?

The Issue is not resolved, yet for my Windows XP pc.

I am not able to install the Panda Antivirus , yet.

The installer show an error !

I using Small Business Protection. I had the same problem with missing icon in sys tray. I decide to reinstall program, so installation force me uninstall SBP, now is impossible to install it again, so now is our server without any protection!!!

Can you advice some kind of protection untill problem will be solved?

Windows server 2008 Standard, PsNanoLog is not possible to attach as is 3,46MB (too big)

If its very urgent to proceed with the installation you can change the operating system date to April 21st for example when the digital certificate was still valid and perform the installation
Once the installation is completed, remember to set the correct date in the operating system

Thanks for offer tor change date to 21st of april, this helped to install the product.
But when I change date back to current one the issue appears again.
I read above about to start manually Panda Product Service, but really i dont know where is this placed.
Could you help to find and start this, is Panda Product Service placed on my PC or on Panda web cite?
