Virtual Keyboard Not working with Internet Explorer Easy Fix

OK - So I was doing a bunch of scanning, trouble-shooting, defragging and disc clean-up, etc and when it was all done, Panda Virtual Keyboard was not working with IE.

I did a lot of fudging around and then I found out if I opened Explorer with the "Frequent" sites modes or with "Links" on my Desktop Toolbar, it was fine but when I opened IE on taskbar and went to default home page or any page after that, the Keyboard wouldn't work. So, just for the fun of it I UNPINNED Explorer from the taskbar and then REPINNED it and everything worked great.

Just a little tip I thought I'd share with You People to perhaps ease a little bit of frustration and heart-ache.
