PANDA WON'T UNINSTALL

Hello everyone,
My panda internet security expired, I wanted to get Panda Global so I decided to download the free trial to see how it goes.. but when I tried to install it, I got this error message, it comes with a file ( I don't understand computer language) .
Help please! My laptop has no protection at the moment :/
