Increase manually add files function

Quarantine is not a section to be twiked by the user. as our qarantine sends the file to our lab in order to be analyse, we cannot leave that open so evertybody could introduce there the files they fell like, and colapse our lab.
We only add to quarantine, the files are unknown

Quarantine it to use it offline.

once it goes to quarentine, it cannot be used, either online or offline.
I think you meant exclude it from analysis, maybe?
