PGP does not work

Hi,

I keep having this problem on my PGP. This is the second time i am posting about this error. It seemed like it was solved after my first post about this issue.
1) Firewall and other services of PGP do not seem to work.
2) Windows10 says Virus Protection is 'snoozed'!?
3) I keep getting a notice from Windows Security And Maintenance that firewall does not exist/work!

Pls check attached files.

If you could have a permanent solution for this, would be great!

Is there any reason why cant get a reply/answer to my problems? Not even a hint or a link??

What does happend when trying toactivate the panda firewall?
Does it stays in on position, or does it jump inmediately to off position?

Firewall seems to be "on", but there are several errors. For example i cant turn the firewall off. The on/off button does not function as a button (is not clickable), it more looks like a background image.

Secondly all other services (Process Monitor, Wi-Fi protection, Data Shield etc.) are disabled and again i cant click on the on/off button.

Thirdly i get a warning from Windows that i don't have an active virus protection, every time i open the computer.

Ok...

The image was cut on the first screenshot, and I could not see the full info.

My first recommendation would be to completely unistall the 2017 version and install the 2018

uninstall using the info on the URL:

Before reinstalling you have to create an account on

myaccount.pandasecurity.com

Once created you have to register the activation code on the buttom "i have an activation code"


once done, download the new installation file from:


http://acs.pandasoftware.com/Panda/PPC/ ... ANDAPC.exe


and activate using the very same activation code as for the 2017 version.

What i am sending is the 2018 version for the product. so the activation code should work perfectly.

Hi,

I uninstalled PGP17 and installed PGP18 as you recommended.

It seems that i have only the Firewall and the wi-fi protection problem left. When i click "on" it turns on but jumps back to "off" in a few seconds.

All other problems are gone, and PGP seems to work fine except "Personal Firewall" and "Wi-Fi Protection".

Waiting for your solution.

Excuse a question, did you disable the Windows firewall? In the first image I see that it is ON.

If you disable the Windows firewall (private and public) what happens? Does Panda's work?

With windows firewall disabled PGP firewall turns "off" as written above.

download and save the Panda Support Information tool in your computer.

http://enterprise.updates.pandasoftware ... PSInfo.exe

Double click the file, so that the information about hardware and software from your computer is gathered.
Follow the wizard through and fill in all the requested fields. When the data collection finishes, select option Do not send, save local and send an email with the .7z file generated as soon as possible.

Note: The format of the file is:
COMPUTERNAME_[DATE-TIME]_PSInfo.7z
Attach to an email all files requested and send them to us to complete the study of the incident and solve it.


we would also need the nnsdiag result:


n order to narrow down the problem and offer a solution, we need to collect and study certain data. Please follow the steps below:
Download and extract nnsdiag.zip.
Run the nnsdiag.exe file (password panda). Upon completion, check the box Launch NNSDiag.exe and click Finish. You can also run the tool by double-clicking the NNSDiag shortcut created on desktop.
After running NNSDiag, follow the steps indicated in the wizard and try replicating the issue when requested.

IMPORTANT:
Several tests are performed, so you will be requested to replicate the issue a few times.
It is important NOT TO to restart your computer during these tests.

Once the process finishes, save the log and provide us with the resulting NNSDiagResults.zip file.

I keep getting error messages after running NNSDiag (check attachments). I reinstalled the program 3 times. It doesnt seem to work.

Is this the right link to download your program?
