Running Fix on PC work Solid State Drive

Post by Lorraineg »

I have tried running the PS_Recovery tool which I downloaded last week, on a PC that has a Solid State Drive. I receive a message saying the following:

testernano.exe - no disk

This is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into the \Device\Harddisk1\DR1.

Cancel Try Again Continue

I have tried Cancelling, Trying Again, and pressing Continue and nothing happens. I really don't want to reboot the PC, in case it wipes out any files. I raised a support call with Panda, but I'm still waiting to hear back.

I get the same error. The file was downloaded just now.

Got the same message with the original rs_recovery.exe file too. I just hit continue a bunch of times and checked to see if the quarantine folder was cleared out before rebooting. I tested a few programs and they seem to work.
