Dear Team,

The file is now being detected as PUP/PcDriversHeadQuarters. The file has not been changed since the last submission.

Can you please re-test the file and remove the falsepositive issues. The last response we received from you was on Wed, 02 Sep 2015, 12:56, Since then there has been now new changes/updation in the file.

Please help me with this issue.

One of our clients genuine product is being detected as PUP. The file does not perform any malicious activity and its does no harm to the system.

Can you please fix this issue.

What Panda product are you using?
We have checked here and it is not being detected
Make sure that the antivirus is synchronized (in the report) before checking again

We are using Panda Global protection 2016 . Version 16.0.1.

The detection occurs when we install the specified product.

The detections were not in the installer itself but on some components copied during the installation
We have corrected the detection and the files won't be detected again with the next signature update/synchronization
