If I am not in the right forum please redirect...recently,I clicked on a track package e mail from Amazon,I use Thunderbird & Palemoon...and Panda Cloud told me that I had an infection...W32/E...So,I rebooted and then I had to reinstall Palemoon...I have no trouble clicking on the Track Package from within Amazon...I am currently researching Palemoon & Thunderbirds forums,etc for help...Amazon told me to contact Palemoon.I never had this issue last year...I have win 7,Palemoon 26,Thunderbird 38... Thank You

W32/E is not a complete malware name, could it be W32/Exploit.gen (you may need to increase the column size in the report)
Can you post a copy of the antivirus report so that we can see exactly what was detected and where?
