[CLOSED] Scheduled scans not running
I just uninstalled and reinstalled Panda Free Antivirus to see if it would solve my problem, but it did not. My daily/weekly scheduled scans are not running, but a forced scan will run. I am running Windows 10 and do not see the scans in task manager at all. Any advice is greatly appreciated, as I have been happy with the product but need to have the scans functioning. Thanks.

Could you attach the antivirus report in a compressed file?

Interesting. I checked the event report and it appears that the scans have been running, but on the main page, it shows last scan done was the one I forced. That's why I assumed they were not running.

I'm having the same issue. I set mine to run monthly on the 1st, I can see it ran on 7/1, but not the previous few months nor on 8/1.

If the machine it's turnned off, suspended or ibernating the scheduled scans did not start.
Are you sure that the machine was turned on?

In my case, I'm sure it was hibernating because it had been unused for several hours. That should be noted when you set up your scans: make sure the computer is awake!

You can set the scheduled task to wake the PC, but it must be done from Windows
Go to start - run, type taskschd.msc and press Ok
Locate the task in the library, it will be one with a random name between {}
Edit its settings, go to the Conditions tab
Check the box "Wake the computer to run this task"
Accept the settings
