[SOLVED] False positive at www.twitch.tv

Post by jfoote »

Hey there,

We are seeing false positives at www.twitch.tv for ttvnw.net. That is a domain we own and the requests are legitimate. Could you help sort this out?

Thanks,
Joel

Hi www.twitch.tv is not being detected but ttvnw.net is considered Phising & Fraud at Cyren (one of our engines)
Feel free to subit a reclassification request at http://www.cyren.com/url-category-check.html

Same issue.

I get phishing alerts when I try to visit Twitch, the website just does not load. It started happening within the last 24hrs. This really needs to be fixed! Is there a solution yet?

Thanks

I'm not sure what changed, but it seems to be ok now for me now. Hopefully that is the same for others who have had this problem recently.

Right, the current classification at Cyren is only Computers & Technology so it won't be detected again
