Bad marketing and bad consumer service

Hi,

On 4 august, Panda have sent me an email offering 50% discount on a renewal (attached).
I decided to use this offer and renewed my subscription to Panda Antivirus Pro.
Few minutes after completion, I received an email from cleverbridge / Panda Security (cleverbridge reference number: 116965347) named: Your Panda Antivirus Pro order, with a new activation code.
The invoice is very obvious, it is a new product and not a renewal.
I have already renew my subscription at the end of June 2017 (ref. #114757041).
So I was expecting this renewal will extend for 1 year at 50%.
That is not fair, and honestly, I feel tricked.

Please...
1) cancel this new subscription (​114757041​)​
2) extend my current subscription (114757041) by one year OR reimburse.

Now, 2 emails sent to customer service. The last one 10 days ago. Not a single reply...
