When I start Panda Protection, I have to enter an email address. I use the email address that goes with my Panda subscription (which is valid till the end of the year). The result is:
"Error when checking the account"
(because it is written in Dutch, I am not sure of the exact wording in English)
When I close this window, I get the message "Your computer is not protected" and an icon with the text "Solve". When I press this button, I get "Something went wrong with the protection. To solve this, start your computer again."
However, after restarting the computer, I have the same problem again.
How can I get the computer protected again?

To solve the problem, try to access My Account by clicking on this link:
https://myaccount.pandasecurity.com/
There you can download the installer. Uninstall the protection and install it with that file.
