Renewal wasn't successfull. (Panda Global Protection)
- I got new client number in email (Why?)
- it's vaild for 2019.10.30 instead 2019.11.30 (previous valid for 2018.11.30)
- antivirus protection and firewall always deactivated
How can I solve this?

I renewed my prescription to Panda but I'm still showing as unprotected. What do I do? I have the bank statement showing Panda withheld the 47.34 from my checking account. What do I have to do?
