Full sync every change on the policy

Post by tcsdi_support1 »

Hi Darth,

Some other Endpoints are needed to be full sync every time, when we change something or block something on the policies that we made and all the endpoints have an internet connections.

Any other solution on this matter?

Hi tcsdi_supportt1,

For better communication between the console and protection, try the new Aether platform. Contact your commercial if you want to migrate to this new platform.

Hi Darth,

I'm sorry, I forgot to tell you that our console is already Aether platform and the version is also lates 8.50

But still, we need to push a full sync every time we change something on the policies.

Do you have any type of perimetral firewall or proxy on your network?

Hi Darth

We have only had a firewall and those URLS are already allowed.

HI, tcsdi

download the psinfo tool.
Activate the advanced logs and messages from the tools option.
Change something on the online console, and tell us what change has been done (enter an exception, or activate-deactivate a module)
leave it for 4 hours,
collect psinfo logs
Deactivate messages and advanced logs
upload psinfo to
www.wetrasnfer.com
creating a downloading link for us
send us via PM the downloading link, for us to check why your computers are not getting changes automatically
instructions for psinfo and download are here:
Panda Support Information tool

From a computer with Internet connection, download and save the Panda Support Information tool in your computer.
http://enterprise.updates.pandasoftware ... OPinfo.exe
Accept the license agreement.
Enter your details, your product, click the Tools tab and double-click the Enable Advanced logs tool
Tick the Enable message disk back up option. Click Start and replicate the issue
NOTE: We advise you to disable the generation of advanced logs in order not to occupy unnecessary space in disk.
When the process is completed and the Exit button is enabled, click on it.
Then, click the General tab, select the option Collect Support Information, select option Do not send, save local and upload the .7z file generated as soon as possible.

Note: The format of the file is:
COMPUTERNAME_[DATE-TIME]_PSInfo.7z
