2FA key expired or invalid

Howcome I can login to Panda account with 2FA, but I cannot activate Password administrator addon to Chrome with 2FA?

I've followed the instructions carefully, and yet the keys are either expired or invalid???

I've also tried to deactivate 2FA for all my Panda products, yet the password admin addon requires 2FA access, and the freakin' thing is either expired or invalid.

Where is the instructions on how to reset password admin addon ???
