AD360 during install give 12002 error when Getting Settings

When installing the Panda Endpoint Agent I get the following error: Processing Error (Error 12002).

Uninstall and reinstall does not work. I've also already run the PSinfo to create a PSInfo-file, just in case you would like to see the information of the computer. Please advice!
